We cut our food here
Violently
then rip it apart
with our teeth.

We cut our hearts
and others’
as well.

But that
is a habit
we need
to break.

Seriously?

We seem to have picked up
the bad habit
of dividing into teams.

Us Vs Them.
Shirts Vs Skins.
Like after school
Basketball.

Except
it’s not just
a game,

and it’s not actually
The Superbowl For Your Soul.

God always wins
And You never lose.

But another bad habit
is that we treat
this wild
crazy
life

far
far
too
seriously.
